What is Resource Efficiency Management (REM)? This is a systematic, holistic approach to managing energy, water, environmental and financial resources, eliminating or minimizing waste and emissions to the environment on a sustainable and cost-effective basis. River Place Technologies, LLC (RPT) will review construction plans and specifications of new construction or existing facilities to determine if the mechanical infrastructure is capable of performing as designed. RPT can provide a “White Paper” which will allow the client to review the findings. RPT will point out the positive and the negatives and can provide management an overview of the findings. 		"
